Upward Billing Policy

Welcome to Upward! By using our product(s) and service(s), you agree to comply with our billing policy. We’re committed to transparency, flexibility, and making your experience with Upward seamless and rewarding.

Payment & Billing Terms

To ensure uninterrupted service, all customers are required to maintain a valid credit or debit card on file.

This card will be used to process: Recurring monthly or annual subscription fees

Please keep your payment details and contact information up to date to avoid any interruptions or automatic downgrade to the Free version.

Free 14-Day Trials

Enjoy full access during your free 14-day trial! At the end of the trial period, your card will be automatically charged unless you cancel at least one day before your billing day.

You can cancel at any time during the trial via your account's Billing page or by emailing support@upward.page.

Upgrading to a paid plan during your 14-day trial? Your card will be charged on the last day of the free 14-day trial period for any level of plan, unless the subscription is cancelled in the back office 1 day before the billing date or by sending a message to sending a message to support@upward.page at least 3 business days before the payment due date.

Billing Cycles

Payments are automatically charged on your individual billing date.

Invoices are generated and payments processed at the start of each billing cycle.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 1 day before your next billing date.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual plans are billed once every 12 months on your anniversary. Enjoy simplified billing and exclusive savings.

Late Payments & Account Status

Upward does not charge late payments.

Upward processes automatic billing as follows:

If your card on file is declined, and you have a backup card(s) on file, the billing system will automatically try to charge the backup card.

Day 1: If your card(s) on file are declined an email notice will be sent and the billing system will try again in two days to charge your card(s). You may also login and pay the invoice or login and add an additional backup card to be charged on Day 3.

Day 3: If your card(s) on file are declined an email notice will be sent and the billing system will try again in two days to charge your card(s). You may also login and pay the invoice or login and add an additional backup card to be charged on Day 3.

Day 5: If your card(s) on file are declined an email notice will be sent that the system will not bill your card(s) again and your account will automatically be downgraded to the Free version.

What happens if my Account is Downgraded to a Free Plan

None of the features you set in any of our premium plans will be deleted or removed. At any time you can login to your account, go to the Billing page, and Upgrade to a paid plan. Based upon your paid plan the features and benefits associated with that plan will be accessible to you immediately.

Chargebacks

Upward does not charge a fee for Chargebacks.

Please contact us first at support@upward.page to resolve any billing concerns prior to initiating a chargeback, including any fraudulent charges.

Payment Methods Accepted

Upward accepts major credit and debit cards, including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

To cancel, email sending a message to support@upward.page at least 1 day before your next billing cycle.

Services remain accessible through the end of your billing period after cancellation.

No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused time.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day refund policy for all new subscription purchases. If you are not fully satisfied with our platform within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund—no questions asked.

Billing Disputes

We ask that you allow us 30 days to resolve any billing issues before contacting your bank or card provider. We're here to help.
