Acceptable Use
This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of Upward at tryupward.page. By accessing the platform you agree to use it lawfully and to avoid any activity that harms other users, our systems or third parties.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use Upward to send unsolicited bulk email or SMS, to distribute malware, to infringe intellectual property rights, to publish unlawful, defamatory, harassing or deceptive content, to attempt unauthorised access to any system or account, or to interfere with the availability of the service for others.
Messaging and Contact Data
Email and SMS sent through Upward must be sent only to recipients who have consented to receive them, must identify the sender, and must honour opt-out requests promptly. Contact records imported into the CRM must be collected lawfully.
Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice, and may remove content that we reasonably believe breaches it.
